IN MEMORIAM.Senior Corporal Victor Lozada-Tirada — Dallas Police Department, TXEnd of Watch: Friday, February 22, 2008 Veteran Dallas police officer - Senior Corporal Victor Lozada-Tirada - was killed when his police motorcycle crashed on Houston Street viaduct while he was escorting presidential candidate Hillary Clinton to a campaign rally in south Dallas. Here are a few photos from the candlelight vigil (It was so windy no candles could not be lit.) and from the processions and grave side service.
